Emireum CEO receives prestigious Middle East Women Leaders Awards 2023 for outstanding achievements
Shaheenoor Shah, CEO of Emireum Business Services, has been bestowed upon the coveted Women Leaders in the Middle East Award 2023 for outstanding leadership at the prestigious 2nd Annual Middle East Women Leaders Awards Gala 2023 in the Address Marina, Dubai.
Held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikha Moaza Al Maktoum, the award signifies female leadership by celebrating the achievements of successful female leaders who proudly represented their organisations.
With more than a decade of work experience in the business sector, Shaheenoor Shah has empowered herself to be where she is now: the CEO of one of the most unique business ventures in Dubai, Emireum Business Services, a one-stop service provider for business set-up and investment advisory services. Set up earlier this year, this is her second business venture where she has been involved in the launch of the business, recruiting people, training and empowering them and leading them from the front.
Shaheenor Shah has been employing fresh graduates and training them to expand business, helped the company to grow within a short span of time.
“I am incredibly grateful for this particular honour as the Women Leader in the Middle East 2023, organised by Verve Management under the patronage of Sheikha Moaza Al Maktoum. UAE leaders have paved the way for women to have equal opportunities coming from different parts of the world, and this award title has now come to me with a huge responsibility to live by it,” Shaheenoor Shah, CEO of Emireum Business Services, said after receiving the award.
“I see amazing women in this room from various industries, thriving, leading, and inspiring more women to be the strength of their families and the economy as well. UAE has proven to be the most secure place for women to be on their own and achieve their goals. Today, I have upgraded my dream to help more women to live their dreams, as I can say I am living mine!”
The awards programme shed light upon the women leadership in organisations. In 2023, the UAE secured the top spot in Forbes list of 100 Most Powerful Women in the Middle East with 15 entries. To ensure gender balance, the country has appointed women in top positions of various ministries. Around 30 percent of Emirati women have taken up leadership roles in the government sector.
Shaheenoor Shah has elevated Emireum Business Services to a new level with the launch of a novel business plan, the Emireum Business Passport, a unique business start-up and loyalty package that gives new investors up to Dh10,000 in the form of service credits that the investors could use up for additional services and renewals, as a value addition to their business set-up activities in the UAE’s mainland and free zones. Emireum’s holistic take on business set-up makes it stand out from its contenders.
